Peggy Hill: Meeting the need for sustainable, affordable housing at helm of Rochester Management
When Peggy Hill was in high school and contemplating her future, she thought nursing would be perfect for her. The idea of helping others was very appealing. So, while her preferred path of study changed from the medical to accounting when she enrolled at St. John Fisher College, she still ended up dedicating her efforts to the betterment of others.
Officials christen new senior housing, Meadow Reserve at Irondequoit
Meadow Reserve at Irondquoit, a $20.4 million affordable and supportive housing community for seniors, officially opened on Thursday.
Developed by Rochester Management, Inc., Meadow Reserve provides 80 affordable housing units for residents 55 and older. Half of the units are for households in need of supportive services, allowing the residents to still live independently.
