Officials christen new senior housing, Meadow Reserve at Irondequoit

Meadow Reserve at Irondquoit, a $20.4 million affordable and supportive housing community for seniors, officially opened on Thursday.
Developed by Rochester Management, Inc., Meadow Reserve provides 80 affordable housing units for residents 55 and older. Half of the units are for households in need of supportive services, allowing the residents to still live independently.

Lease up of Azalea Village is underway

RMI is managing 96 additional units for seniors located off Hard Road on Abigayle Way in Webster. This marks the third community RMI is managing for non-profit, CDS Life Transitions. Lease up has been brisk and is nearly complete.

Ribbon Cutting for new Chatham Gardens Community Building
