Our Mission
No matter who you are, having a comfortable place to call home is a critical foundation for nearly all aspects of your life. Rochester Management has been successful in making a positive impact on thousands of lives for over 70 years by providing this foundation. To us, residents are not numbers, they are people who deserve a nice home and respectful, efficient service. They are our top priority and our goal is to always provide the best living experience for our residents. We do this by creating and maintaining sustainable, vibrant communities which support healthy, care free living for our residents.
Our History of Service
We were founded by citizens in partnership with local government in response to a critical need for affordable housing for returning WWII veterans. Since 1949, we have led the way in affordable housing in Rochester, NY and other Upstate New York communities for those in need, including senior citizens, veterans, students and low-and-middle income individuals.
Our Commitment to Community
With over 3,700 units under management currently, we serve many people and our impact is great. We currently serve families and individuals, including veterans, senior citizens, and students. Rochester Management is committed not only to serving our residents, but also the communites in which they are located. We support other local nonprofits through managing their properties, as well as through volunteer efforts. The entire Rochester Management team enjoys participating in many volunteer activities each year. We care deeply about our communities.
