About Us

Rochester Management, Inc. , a local not for profit organization, has been a leader in affordable housing since 1948. Our company was originally created in response to a critical need for affordable housing for returning World War II veterans. Since that time, we have continually focused on providing clean, well maintained apartments and townhomes at very reasonable rates.

We manage over 3,600 residential units throughout Rochester, Canandaigua and Syracuse. While our portfolio is large, our attention is focused. We manage quality apartments/townhomes. We do not manage commercial properties. The Rochester Management mission is to make a difference in the lives of our residents and the community. We accomplish this by supporting each community with an experienced, well trained staff on site as well as proper oversight, planning and development from our headquarters. Providing top notch customer service, reinvesting in our properties and serving the community are what we focus on.
